Just went today for a rather large order and extremely disappointed. First of all three people working with NO MASKS on and they were preparing food. When we got several pieces of chicken were raw, at least 15 pieces. So we sent our cashier back and she showed him a bleeding piece and he said we were ridiculous and it was not raw. Several pieces of the chicken were bleeding and several people saw it. I would not have eaten it myself. The manager who was I think of Arab descent would not even refund the whole meal because we forgot the sides. He did not have his name tag, so I do not know his name. This is unacceptable and we will be calling the CDC and the health department.
First time having it and it was amazing. Whoever was working the register didn't seem to know what was going on tho. She didn't know what I ordered and had to give her back the receipt and was still confused.
Ordered spicy chicken strips. Spicy for sure but the largest order is 4 steps! Thinking I would be getting 4 reg size chicken tenderloins. Not the case they were thin and just overall small. Only suggestion order more than one order if you're hungry!
This is not worst church's store. The service is horrible, especially from the management, there are only two good workers in this store. A young black lady that I'm afraid might be on maternity leave and I move matured white lady manager . Those two stars ud83cudf1f are for these two ladies
Never had an issue or bad customer service until 20 minutes ago. THEY forgot several items in my order and acted like i asked them to replace the items they forgot with food from THEIR HOME !! RUDE af ! Not to mention they were empty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION !!
