Easy to shop easy rewards
Ordered a few photos and a photo book from this Walgreens and while they were done on time.. Was a little irritated with her because it seemed like an inconvenience to check out a few more items. When I asked for my items to be bagged, she was openly annoyed. Small detergent items can safely be in a bag, yet was scolded for wanting a bag for them. If it was a rip risk, why not double bag it? Decided to get my mother some diabetic friendly candy and another cashier was actually pleasant and only reason why it scored a 3 star. If it was just based on the experience with the other, it would be 1.
It was just Walgreens. It was clean people was nice..
The overnight manager with way too much makeup and glasses and bell bottoms was so rude. She was not helpful she seemed so rushed to help anyone. It was midnight and this is a 24 hour walgreens. She shouldn't be hiding in the back everytime the cashier needs help with something. The store was plenty busy and the manager was no where to be found. She was rude and acted as if she was in such a hurry to run in the back when the cashier needed her several times. The card I wanted to load money on was a simple task and she procesded to tell me it might not go through since eit was midnight and it shut down for 45 min and she wouldn't be able to load the money. Never heard of that before .......
Andrea at the cash register needs a class or 5 on customer service & diversity. Other employees were very pleasant
