DION DRAPER IS VERY GOOD FOR YOUR COMPANY AS HE HAS SAVED ME FROM CHANGING UNIFORM COMPANY. THE PEOPLE WHO FILL IN FOR HIM AS HE TAKES OFF DON'T KNOW HOW IT WORKS. HE MAKES SURE ALL CLOTHES ARE THERE FOR ME AND MY EMPLOYEE AND HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME. HE NEEDS A PAY RAISE IS MY REQUEST

We currently use UniFirst for all of our uniform needs. Alex is our driver and honestly he is the most personable and helpful person we have ever had in this position. He always makes sure we are taken care of and helps us with any thing we need. He also brings our attention to things that would be helpful for our business that we may not have thought of. All in all our experience with UniFirst and Alex specifically has been wonderful.

Terrible customer service. Turn in used ragged uniforms to be fixed or replaced only to be shorted on uniforms for several weeks until I complain several times. Then I will get another used garment in return that probably doesn’t fit. I’ve been going through this for ten years. They never prorate my cost even though I’m not getting what I pay for.
