Family Dollar

This is my nearest family dollar and I usually have a good experience when I shop, but I do not like how I was handled this time around. My son bought a play station card with cash then tried to redeem it but it didn’t work. He goes back to the store (mind you this is his second time doing this and the first time it was fixed ASAP) and there’s nothing that they can do. So we’re out $10 because??? I call up there they give me customer service for netspend ud83dudc7f I call back not even one min later, now no answer.. I don’t like spending my money where I’m not cared for. Take those cards down if they don’t work... would that be bait and switch by this time? Who do I talk to?

They don’t answer the phone even when there is only one car in the parking lot it’s bs. They’re very unprofessional to boot had a employee training and on the first day had him running the register by himself no company does that without supervision. But anyways that employee is still waiting to get paid as well might have to contact the bbb to get it taken care of or the employment commission

Please do not buy electronics from here they will not give u a refund they will only exchange it

A woman named Mary accused me of stealing, called the cops and had zero proof. I offered to empty my purse she kept asking me to give her pills. Cops came, I offered to be searched and they would not do it. She attempted to ban me from the store and I was a paying customer. Absolutely ridiculous and insulting.
