At different locations, I spoke to 4 DHS agents and was told 4 different times that I had a card on the way. 1 month later still no card.nCalled this location and the sweet, understanding, capable lady at the front desk sent one out to me same day which i recieved today...2 days later.

Nice office, eapecially for a govt outreach. Swell staff who dont sugar coat anything make this staff especially great at figuring out the differing needs and most wants envisioned. Cute and compact but with room...dicided I'm not the most secure nature lover but of this area, this place makes a noble effort to have it all for it's size!

DHS has helped many Seniors to receive available benefits. Online services are improving. Staff has been severely reduced and phone help lacks much needed call-back option! Calling DHS Director Ed Lake will bring this to his attention. Be patient...help will come eventually!
