Store poorly stocked (items not pulled forward on the shelf, making items appear empty) and not as clean as other Harps I have shopped in.
Employee owned spin off of WalMart. Grocery, deli, bakery. No pharmacy. Pretty decent prices for only grocery store in town besides Dollar General. Clean and friendly.
I shop Harps Chelsea 5 or more times per week, all employees go out of their way to be friendly & helpful. That is the reason for 5 stars! I ordered a cake for 10/4, on 10/3 I checked to make sure I had ordered it. They proudly told me yes & it is ready for pickup as the cake decorator only works Wednesdays. One if the prettiest cakes ever!
I just like the staff always friendly and helpful. If you go, you got to try Miss Harps rolls and honey donuts they are the best.
Great small town grocery store. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean store. Prices rival Wal-mart! The place to shop for food if you live nearby.
