If I could give this place ZERO stars, I definitely would!! This place is terrible to take your vehicle to be serviced at! My boyfriend took his WORK truck here to have a couple of things fixed on it and they would have stories about not having mechanics show up to work and was promised his work truck on two separate days and had an excuse both times he called so he showed up at the shop and they informed him that his truck hadn't even been pulled into the shop to be worked on! It sat there for almost two weeks and not a single person touched it! And then they had the audacity to try and invoice him for LABOR which wasn't even done! He missed out on many jobs because of his truck being in the shop and it wasn't even being repaired!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS BODY SHOP!!!!

City Paint and Body was referred to us by Perfection Equipment to have one of our service trucks modified for the service bed by installing additional springs. The work performed was satisfactory, but when the truck was returned to our shop it was missing a rear wheel simulator. When asked about if they made sure it was on properly we were told it was on when it left, not our problem. I find it disturbing that this is the way they handle their customers. We will not be back to them for any service what so ever and would strongly recommend no one else use them for the simple way they handle their customers. As a business owner myself I would think that the owner of City Paint and Body would care a little more about how his or her costumers were treated or how complaints were handled. I think Perfection Equipment will also get a call from us advising them not to recommend City Paint and Body. Along with our 20+ employees and their family and friends.
