I have had my car for almost a year. I am now in need of the car being looked at after an issue I had yesterday. I called the office and left a message with service. I was called back in less than 2 minutes and was assured this would be taken care of and apologized to so much for something that is completely out of their hands. You don't even know how appreciative that makes me. I was worried because my warranty is up in a month, and I am now at ease. As for everything else, getting into my car was super easy. I will say the payments are high, but I'm sure most if not all buy here pay here lots are and the car will be paid off sooner than most other places. I came here because they had great reviews and they have not let me down. They report my payments to the credit bureau every month as well. I get a text and a phone call when my payment is due so I do not forget. When I got my car, I was told that they would work with you if you get to where you cannot make your payment. Thankfully I haven't had to do this yet, but I am confident they would do everything they can as long as you communicate with them.
This place was great! Very friendly!! Not pushy, discussed options. They will work with you!! I had AJ and he was very kind and went out of his way to get me into my hummer that I've always wanted!!!! I'll will refer everyone

By far the best experience I’ve gotten being a first time owner of a car. AJ and Milton are amazing and Zach is a lifesaver and will get any problems fixed as fast as possible. Highly recommend I35 credit auto!!
