I drove 4 hours to purchase the exact pickup I wanted. When I arrived the truck had a large dent which the salesperson failed to inform me about.nI purchased the truck after negotiating this. I had a question regarding financing and a completely missing piece of interior trim. After several calls, I have yet to receive a call back from this dealer regarding these issues. I purchased my truck on 1/26 of this year. Avoid this dealer at all cost, shady, unreliable, and worst of all dishonest.nPlease heed my advice and avoid.

(Internet employee contacted me about a special deal to upgrade my vehicle for less of a monthly payment aka bait to get me there) . I went in to discuss a trade and I specifically asked my credit not be ran more than one. I was told it would only need to be ran once, and that would be sufficient information. I mentioned it multiple times. I have now checked my credit report and it took 5 hard hits. I probably signed something allowing this, so not much I can do. However, the fact I was assured it would not be hit more than once was a flat lie. I likely will not do business with this dealership again. Don't lie to make a sale. Seems shady.

I was not pleased at all. They wouldn't give me the price of the truck I was interested in and the payments were way out there. The young lady that I spoke with from the beginning deceived me by leading me to believe that she was the salesperson that would be attending to me and she guaranteed me that she could get me approved and that I would be driving home today in a good used work truck. She was supposed to give me $200.00 if she couldn't get me in a vehicle. I never saw her face. If you enjoy working with people that have low morals then that's the place for your next vehicle purchase from a dealership. I don't understand what the big deal is cause they can't go wrong, you don't make the payments you get your vehicle repossessed. The get their vehicle back and pay the bank or refund the bank the difference of was owed on the truck and they turn around and sell it to the next person. I won't go there anymore ever.

Most transparent and simple vehicle transaction ever! Brannon Robinson, Tim Simpson, and Frankie Martinez made the entire process easier than buying a gallon of milk. They listened to what our budget was and found us a vehicle that was better than we could have hoped for. These gentlemen were honest throughout the process and I genuinely felt that their goal was to find us the best vehicle that fit our budget. They earned a loyal customer for life!
