I was talking with one of the owners about buying a 1990 Mercedes. They had just posted the car when I contacted them. I asked all of my questions and was happy so I planned on flying out to check out the car as I don't live in OKC. I asked the owner of he would hold the car until I could check it out. The phone call was on 2/11 and he was going to hold it until the 2/20. He told me he'd hold it that long because of all the winter storms so they wouldn't be showing cars that week.nnI message him on 2/16 to confirm with him that we are still on for the 20th and he said yes. I get my flights booked and am excited to check out the car. The evening of the 19th I check out his website and the car is listed as sold. I'm wondering if it's a clerical error so I call him and leave a voicemail. He texts me back saying they've sold the car. He told me that because I didn't put a deposit down they couldn't honor the hold. He never mentioned putting a deposit down, which I would have been happy to do. I understand if that's the policy but that was never explained to me and we'd been talking leading up to the day.nnAlso, they never messaged me telling me that the car was sold. If I hadn't checked the website, I would have flown into OKC just to find out that they had sold the car. Worst experience I've had with car buying.nnEdit: The business owner has responded below but it won't let me comment back. I was never asked to forward a plane ticket. Again, if I was asked I would have been happy too. I was very upfront with my communication but apparently it wasn't on the other end. Overall just poor communication from the dealer to me caused me to miss out on a unique car that doesn't pop up that often. Unless they can manage to get the car back and jump through hoops to win me back, I think the damage is done.

Great used cars with reasonable prices, the guy who works there was very honest with us, very informative, and straight forward, we finally picked the honda, i love it, highly recommend this place

Do not purchase a car from this place I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima April 20,2020 it is now April 23rd 2020 3 days later and my transmission is going out, I reached out to the man seeing if he’ll fix my car or give me my money back he doesn’t wanna do either bad for business this place should be shutdown

They is not too friendly then really need to work on people skills i went to test drive a car and he really didn’t want to answer any questions i had about the car he didn’t want to show me anything on the car that i asked about just poor poor people skills
