To Paul Crossfield owner of Autohaus.nMy step daughter car was reposed today while at a job training in Cushing Oklahoma. She lives in Oklahoma City. She was behind her car payment for the month of August. She explained she had lost her job and just got a new job and would catch up on the 15th of September. Obviously this wasn’t acceptable because your company drove 70 miles to leave her strained while at a job training site. Let’s keep in mind the car has been paid on for 2 years with HER PAYING REPAIRS CONSTANTLY. The solution is pay $1,600 plus towing fee??? Seriously Sir?? Can there be another solution to her getting her car back that is more reasonable. Please take into consideration the money already paid on this vehicle. Being stranded 70 miles from home. Single mom 2 kids in desperate need of transportation to keep her job and take kids to school. She will be able to maintain scheduled payments, just needs a chance to catch up. Her dad and I will help her catch up the past due payment.
