I definitely recommend at least getting a quote and see what you can get for your old car because I ended up getting more for it than I actually thought I would! Even a trusted friend was surprised what they offered me. They came and picked it up, gave me a check, and the old car was out of my hair in just over 24 hours. Super easy!

I obtained an offer to purchase my vehicle from a representative with Cash for Cars and accepted the offer. I was instructed to get my title signed and notarized to move forward with the purchase. I had to order a duplicate title and was told to follow up when complete.nnAfter I got the title signed, I tried to reach back out to my representative I had been working with. After being passed from person to person being told my rep “wasn’t in today” “was at lunch” “in a meeting” and “you can talk to me, she’s my assistant”, it became clear I wasn’t going to get to talk to the same person I had been working with.nnWhile talking to a new rep, we discussed the offer that had been made and I was told that offer wasn’t in their database and the price was way too high and I was offered less than half of the original offer. I pushed back HARD and told the new rep (who told me my original rep was his assistant) that I felt like I was getting the run around. He told me that the offer I mentioned must have never happened and that the original rep I talked to didn’t have the authority to make me an offer. I then suggested that we schedule a call between this man, my original rep, and their supervisor so we could find out who was lying and get to the bottom of the situation.nnI was told I would be transferred to a supervisor immediately.nn20 minutes later I get a message saying they would accept the deal as arranged previously. No talk with a supervisor, no apology, just the realization that they had been caught in a scam.nnAfter all of this, the local company (copart) that picked up the car and issued the check did a great job. BUT I will never work with Cash for Cars again.

They transfered me to another part for older cars . I never got an answer so I went with a different company

Called the 800 number to get a quote and linked up with the local yard. The gentleman was super rude!! He didn't want to answer my questions and then he hung up on me. Found a local family owned business that provides the same services in my area. They were wonderful!!

Very helpful told me things about my car that I didint even know
