The customer service at Orr east is amazing, we will never go back to Orr west. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The other dealership told me I didn’t have anymore free oil changes and was going to charge me double for all the other maintenance I received. Orr Nissan East has earned my trust completely.
Every experience I've had with Orr Nissan East Maintenance has been exemplary. This time around Jacob was kind, helpful, and gave it to me straight. I came in for a routine oil change (most economical by going to the dealer) and he didn't try to push anything on me, but merely recommended that I should think about doing the transmission check-up soon. Dave in finance was very kind as well when I told him that I lost the paperwork on my warrantee and he immediate found my information and gave me a printout. A+ all around.
Everyone in the service dept is so nice. They make you feel special. I had 3 different things done. I thought it would take 3 hours. I was in and out in 1 hour! Keep up the good work.
