Horrible!!! We had a group separated between multiple tables. We put our kids at tables of 4 but we’re only given a head shake of no (from the mgr we later found out) when asked if the adults could move their tables of 2 together to make a table of 4. My table was surrounded by dripping water coming from condensation on the ceiling. Food was good! That’s where “good” ended. Two kids (one being the smallest one) never got their food. After 1hr 45min their cheese fries and hotdog never came. Another table sat the furthest away from us never even got theirs after 2 hours! When we were all ready to pay, our tickets were beyond wrong. Mgr. was helping at the bar and took longer than it should’ve to come “help” Each party gave their order to the waitress, then they made us all give it again when they printed a long ticket. It took 20-25 min of the staff passing us all by and us standing at the front clueless, until we got to pay. One family left cash on the table and left bc it was so bad! Never got an “I’m sorry” never an explanation. Nothing. We filled up most of the available eating area so I cant imagine what happens on nights when they’re super busy! It’s a shame that I’ve heard good things about this place and it’s in such a nice area but one experience can change how myself and the group I was with choose where to go when in Bricktown. Customer service basics were definitely missing.

Kinda hidden away in Bricktown, but is a really fun place. Went only for the bowling but surprised to the variety. There was a restaurant portion and even an upstairs arcade available. Bar is next to the lanes to make sure good times keep rollingud83dude09. Environment is set up for a blast with a group of friends lights and music very nicely done with TVs at the end of lanes playing music videos. Also for this location you can get validated parking in case you play on attending a thunder game.

Fun! ud83cudfb3 ud83cudf55 ud83cudf78 ...the staff needs a little more attentiveness! Especially if you got tipped and had an unlimited salsa n chips! But did we ever get our salsa replenished?! Absolutely not.. Smh.nAlso we waited for about 20 mins before any of the game was explained on how to use the kiosk and get started.. Sheesh.. But the kids had fun overall. ud83dudc4d

All staff above and beyond. Sanitize and take your Temp at door. All personnel SUPER friendly and just great!
