Very disappointed with the terrible service provided at the branch. Had to come back multiple times after being told the money order I purchased from this 7 11 is invalid. After I left the store I contacted the money order company multiple times which confirmed with me every time the money order is good and has not been cashed. I returned back to 7 11 where both Desi and the other employee Lupita told me it took several hours for it to register. She picked up the phone again and said she tried to call again so I put my phone on speaker phone and called to show her it did not say invalid. I was on my lunch break and was late back to work behind this issue.
