Mazie water district No 2 is great, I live in a area that was built in 1958. A few years ago RWD2 came in and updated our area we now have wonderful water pressure Jerry was the General manager at the time he and the board was amazing to work with.. the office staff has changed over the past few years and Jerry retired.

I leave in chouteau my mom was in hospital she 75 so wasn't here to pay the bill the rude lady shut our water off then the bill keeps going up to where we can't pay it I think chouteau is pinching ever dime they can

It would be a good idea to mark a single water line with one blue line not 2, 7 feet apart and then when I called in for clarification and asked you to come out and clarify the marks you would get up off your butts and do it. But instead you waited till it got hit and billed me $289.12 if I had dug the day after you marked the first line it would have been hit because it wasn't marked in the dig area or where the line was. The lines were marked in two different locations 2 1/2 weeks apart. You get an F for no effort.

I've dealt with this company on a monthly basis for the last four years and the lady that helps me every time is extremely rude! If you don't like being in customer service and helping people than pick another profession.
