I've bought several trucks in my 67yrs .but I've not seen a dealer ship like this one. Ask a question, get a direct answer. Not the run around . Taylor's answers to all my questions to the point. very knowledgeable about Dodge trucks. Not use to a sales person not being pushy. Loved the whole experience of buying my new truck. I was very impressed. Yes I would recommend Melton as a go to dealer to visit First. if your looking for a new vehicle. From start to finish I felt like a valued customer. And yes that included the financial officer Greg. Thank you all for a Great buying experience.

We brought a car in for a diagnostic test. We had decided on one repair. Sadly the issue is still a problem. We got a tune up & oil change. Seemed good on those. But the annoying thing we wanted fixed is still a problem even though we had a diagnostic test done and paid for that repair. They did give us a loaner vehicle which helped during a somewhat lengthy time in the shop. They seem to stay pretty busy

They made this one of the most pleasant time buying a new vehicle for me and the family. Was not pressured like other dealerships. I have called and stopped back a few time to ask questions and be shown teachers about the new vehicle and not once did I feel like I was imposing it's been nothing but a pleasure
