We were in the market for a 2020 Edge ST and had been dealing with a another dealer. That deal fell through and we found a very similar one at Matthews, we called them at 5:10pm and had the deal done and ready to go by 6pm that night. It was by far the easiest deal we have had gone through when buying at car. We were located out of state and were able to pick our vehicle up at 9:30am the next morning!! If you are in the market for a new car we highly suggest going to see Angelina, Craig and Mike at Matthews Ford!! They are the best!!!
Made an appointment with Roberts Dodge to have wheels and tires put on my car. After driving an hour they had no record of the appointment. Frustrated I went to this Ford dealership and asked if they could help. Jason happily obliged and the techs did a phenomenal job. If you are in Pryor, even if you have a Mopar, skip Roberts and hit up the Ford shop. Quality customer service at a fair price.
If anyone is looking for a car I would recommend this place! Brant was great and so helpful. Made the paperwork and car searching a breeze. The manager Michael was super friendly and I love the environment of this dealership! Definitely a great place to car shop at!
