New shop neat and clean. They took good care of out airplane and even detailed it before we took it home. Charges were as advertised and work was top notch. Both were responsive to issues and quick to communicate. The report , pics and thoroughness was beyond my past experience. I will use this shop again.

Work has always been done professionally and with quality. If there are any concerns at all it has to do with scheduling. There just aren't enough shops around to meet the demand. Thank you Rachel and Wade.

Our annual inspection was very detailed and completed in a satisfactory time. Wade and Rachel were easy to talk to and generally available and responsive by phone or email throughout the process. In addition, Rachel shined up the plane to be like new before it was returned to us. We are happy with their work and will be continue to be their customer.

I am so glad I contacted these guys. The experience of owning a plane is a turbulent one sometimes, but these guys make this part of ownership so much better. Your plane even comes back cleaner and better.nnRachel and Wade both deserve a positive glowing review as people. ForwardVue, as an entity, is a company worth doing business with. They did beyond what was ever asked for, as they did the right thing and showed integrity with how they handled two new people to aviation. When the vacuum pump died on delivery to Claremore, we weren't going anywhere and they knew that. Not only did they come up with fair prices, educate us on what we needed and didn't need, spend time with us and help us understand our plane better, and work through our issues and helped us get a working airplane, Wade helped deliver it to KTUL for us after the G5 upgrade, as we weren't pilots and capable of doing this. We were just a father and son that bought an airplane to learn on. After the prebuy inspection group tried to take advantage of us, it was a breathe of fresh air to find a group that truly wanted us to have a good time and actually enjoy our mission to fly. This is why we are glad to be customers.nnWade tested his work before we got to use it, affected fixes and made sure everything was in order as we had any questions or concerns, and helped us through any issues or confusions we had with our components outside of what was installed.nnA little background to what they did on the plane specifically:nnThis plane is an antique 1957 Year Cessna 172. Now it has a dual Garmin G5 setup thanks to them. Add that new system to L3 Lynx transponder and a nav radio, and you have one capable trainer. Also they did the annual inspection and post-purchase check over. They did a very thorough annual that made this machine able to be safe for two people that, without a doubt, needed it. They didn't miss anything, and it flies very nicely. This plane was covered in mystery to its background and condition after a bad pre-buy experience. After Wade did his work and checked it over, we felt confident in the plane.nnThroughout the process, the reports were thorough and they supplied us everything we asked and even things we didn't think to ask. When I say thorough, we had detailed paragraphs, pictures, charts, and information that exceeded the expectations of us engineers. We were happy to have the updates, videos of testing and finds, prompt reporting, requests for information, and questions for us to consider. Our previous experience with A&Ps didn't have that. ForwardVue made a refreshing change to that previous experience.nnWithout a doubt, if you are in Oklahoma, Arkansas, or any area near KGCM (Claremore, OK) and you need an A&P group that has a truthful, dedicated, and thorough mechanical professional with a business-oriented detail-driven team that can deliver dates, parts, and times and meet with you and work within your budget and needs, please contact ForwardVue. You will have your plane back with everything checked off in the book that needs to be done and know it was done. Truly they do a good job, and they will make your log books look even better as it is all digitally maintained and they provide sticker-based printed copies for easy legibility and access. Also they clean your plane inside and out, and they do that to a level that shows how much they care. The prebuy guys in Texas destroyed our carpet and left the plane in worse shape! So that was a refreshing change!nnForwardVue is a sound choice for your GA plane. Please consider these guys for your inspections, repair, upgrade, calibration, and avionics service needs. I just thought of writing this for them as a kind thank you for the effort they put in. So this is me reciprocating that effort. Soon I will be a pilot, so I will be taking trips up to Claremore to get gas and say hi to them. Claremore has always been a gas stop for Oklahoma pilots, but let me assure you, drop in and let these guys work on it too. It's a good airport, and they're lucky to have these guys on the field.

Wade installed a Uavionix tailbeacon ADS-B on my 1946 Ercoupe. Two words, competent and professional. Rachel went beyond expectations to make my wait pleasant. 5 star service.nKen Crofut
