Los Portales staff is very friendly and professional. Everyone is in masks. The service is good, our food was very good.

Most authentic Mexican food we have found in Ponca City! We have really enjoyed our meals, and it is our go-to for Mexican food in the area.

Food wasn't bad, I like my Quesadilla crispier than normal and they did it for me(I liked that). The taco was stale though(I didn't like that). The customer service kinda sucked, It took the waiter 15 minutes to get my water(I didn't like that). Maybe I got them on a bad day but if you want mexican food I would recommend the one by the RecPlex.
