I moved from California almost 7 years ago and quickly realized that most Mexican food here wouldn’t be like it was in California at all. Last week when in Ponca, I noticed this little grill that hadn’t been here too long & decided to try it. It was great!! I just decided to play it safe & ordered the Flautas meal...delicious, even the beans and rice tasted great. I can’t wait to go back & try something else.

Food was decent. Staff could definitely use some work. I don't like being mocked about asking for napkins while I eat cold food. While kids run in and out of the store and skate board all around the side walks of the building. ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f

Good place! Saw that they had breakfast but unfortunately I don’t wait till 10:00am to eat breakfast. They should open at 7:00am or at least 8 for breakfast.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! It was a very good price. I got a large overflowing plate of enchiladas with beans and rice. I also love the California burrito!

Ordered the Quesadilla with pollo, was not disappointed. Hoped for a lil more char on the tortilla and maybe a lil less oil but the flavor was awesome. Could have used a little more pico, guac n sour cream. All in all pleasant experience and I'll give it another try. Maybe the california burrito. I overheard two being ordered while i was there. Seemed to be a popular dish. Popular little place as well. That speaks for itself..nOk second visit, not as good as original. @1015am I asked if breakfast was being served and they responded yes all day so I ordered a breakfast california burrito. It was served with french fries in burrito and was kinda dry. I asked for extra picante and if they count fries as hash browns. They said no, hash browns come on breakfast burrito. Suffice it to say it was not at all what I expected. As I was leaving I was asked if everything was ok. It was ok at best i said. This was just one persons mistake but it wasnt as juicy as expected and too many french fries to make up the filler. A burrito n a coke was almost 12$ so the value was not there for sure.
