I recently went to Northside Import to have o2 sensor(s) replaced in my mustang. When they called to have me pick up the vehicle and pay for service they informed me that the o2 sensor did not need replaced and they cleaned the air filter and explained the bill was to clean the air filter. The mechanic also explained that if o2 sensor continues to malfunction to let them know. I called to inform them it was not working properly today. I also shared my dissatisfaction with the service due to them not taking care of what I had initially brought the vehicle in for. I understand their is a diagnostic fee when you take your vehicle to any mechanic; however, I brought my vehicle in requesting a specific service that they failed to provide. I thought they would appreciate me coming back to them to voice my concern to the alternative of sharing my dissatisfaction with the community, but unfortunately they did not have a solution. I would like others to know my experience with this mechanic shop. Hopefully this saves someone else from receiving unacceptable service in the future.
