I took my Pontiac into the shop to have the windshield replaced because I suspected a leak behind the glass. The technician asked if I had a sunroof, which I do, and then mentioned it may be the sunroof drain getting plugged up and not draining well. He discovered there was a leak in the sunroof drain and it wasn't the windshield after all, and then proceeded to tell me how to access it and even showed me how to get to it. I took it home and within 30 minutes had the problem fixed and he saved me from having to pay someone else to do the work and from not having to replace a windshield that was it necessary to replace at all. Thank you Safelite Ponca City for your professionalism in your helpfulness. Would recommend any day of the week!
