I'm a professional mechanic and after many years of buying parts autozone has only gotten better the service and selection is top of the line and returns are always taken care of to my satisfaction.

My car wouldn’t start and I was across the street from autozone. I wanted them to help me using machine to see what wrong with it so I can know if it was a battery or something so I can buy and get it fix but the lady there wouldn’t help me across the street. She only help if I park in front of her store which I couldn’t do so obviously. She being helpless and lazy. Never going there again.

Ok, helped answer my questions and identified problems. Unfortunately the part was out of stock.

It was a smooth quick visit for my thermostat I believe Autozone goes the extra mile for customers.
