The old owner of this place died a few years ago and it’s never been the same. The new butcher is not honest at all. I and multiple other people I know have been getting shorted by this guy for multiple years now. We had the same hanging weight on our cow this year as last year and we got 40lbs less meat. He told us that it was probably because this one had bigger bones. I don’t think bigger bones can make 40lbs difference on 1/2 a beef. Overall I’m very disappointed the previous owner ran a great business and was a great guy to work with. Now this new guy is cheating his customers Carl would be so sad to see his business run this way.nnI definitely won’t be back
