Pretty cool guy gave us a tour and a movie. He was full of interesting facts of the process of the hatcherynOnly reason it's not a 5 is he said come in mid March to mid April if you actually want to see the process in the works.

Great place to go birding. Many ponds are visible from the road, and a nature trail is available on the east side of the hatchery.
