The caramel mocha tasted really good, better than some other locations. Drive thru was a little slow, but it was a long line during the lunch rush. Employees were very friendly and fast.
Worst. Starbucks. Ever. The reason people spend an average of 15 minutes here is because the staff are so incompetent. They never have any food on display and half the time the person on the register doesn't know what they are doing.nnFor the second time I left empty handed. After waiting for 10 minutes, everybody who place their orders after me had left with their drinks. The manager told me she was working on my order and then proceeded to work on several others. I got my refund and left, late for work and angry. Thank you Enid Starbucks for another terrible experience. I will not be back. Incompetent is an understatement.
We used to order here all the time. Service and product consistency is absolutely horrible now. Save your money and frustration, just go to DaVincis instead. Just threw out a $6 Frappuccino, because it tasted like watered down milk with no flavor.
The most patient and knowledgeable employees who create master drinks with kindness and quickness. I generally prefer local or cheap, but I can't beat the variety and service from this specific shop.
I love Starbucks. Food & drinks are always great but the hours recently have been so inconsistent with some days being closed as to no reason why. Being the only Starbucks in Enid, this place definitely needs to improve on its business side of things to serve its customers better.
