My husband and I ordered from here for the first time tonight. The ordering process online was easy and user friendly! The order was delivered in a timely manner, unfortunately the pizza wasn't exactly what we ordered, but my husband called and they were very professional, friendly and immediately offered to remake the pizza! We are blown away by the service, the user friendly site and the delicious pizza. We will order from here again!
Our experience has been great each time! Their pizza tastes amazing (shout out to the crust of deliciousness) and the cheesy bread also was a fan favorite. Our interactions with the staff has been wonderful, they are professional and friendly! (I also hope they bring the cauliflower crust in the future like other locations.)
I'm not a big fan of the style of pizza but I tried the wings, cheesy bread, and sandwiches which were all great. They were also fast service to order and deliver, so its nice to have another place in town that delivers. If I ordered again I'd skip the pizza.
We ordered a pizza at 5:12 told it was gonna take 30 minutes. We called at 6:15 to see where it was at, we were told the driver is out and should be at our house any minute. I called back at 6:35 and given the run around about my order. I asked to speak with the manager and told to call back at 9 pm. I said that unacceptable. Finally I spoke to the manager who gave me some attitude and told me the pizza is just coming out of the oven and will be out with the driver. I had to cancel my order and told I would be refunded... we’ll see. Everyone I spoke to was very unprofessional even when placing my order. This place needs customer service training. And how to better manage their business.
Ordered their Garden pizza as a carry out order. Took them 15 minutes to bake. It took a few minutes for their card chip reader to load up. As they mentioned in their ads, pizza was cooked Italian style. A bit pricy for a large pizza, but great taste. Marco’s also has typical pizza sides of chicken wings and cheesy bread, which I look forward to trying next time.
