Papa John’s is great. The customer service is exceptional. David always does a fantastic job. In the food industry I put a heavy value on customer service and he’s the best in the county!
Pretty good, but the gluten free was burnt. It happens, so we didn't call. The star down is because it took over an hour to get just barely warm food during a not peak time.
Well done the works pizza with light sauce. So much sauce my cheese and toppings fell off, raw dough in the middle, all toppings piled in the middle. So I basically just got a cooked crust...
Fast, courteous service and great food. The only problem was that the delivery guy didn’t let me add a tip to my receipt. I called and found out that people had complained about him doing it so they aren’t having him do that anymore. Even with COVID, there’s no excuse for rudeness from the customers. This guy literally ran it to my door. Excellent service man!
My order was nice and hot when delivered. Taste was really good and I always enjoy getting the garlic sauce and pepperocini pepper in my order it's a nice extra touch. Thank you!
