I would not use this facility, I rented a storage unit and I wish I had gone somewhere else. First I did it online when I arrived there the code I was given did not work spent like 20 minutes on the phone with customer service because theres no one in the front office. Then I get there and the unit I was assigned has a lock on it another call to customer service an extra 20 minutes holding to get someone one on the phone. 2 weeks later I cancel my unit rental and ask how much I owe customer service tells me I don’t owe anything a month later I get a letter that I owe a month and a late fee I call customer service to see why I was told I don’t owe anything but I’m being charged a late fee they tell me the manager will contact me when he calls he lets it ring one time and hangs upnIf you planning on using this facility I would recommend yo not to
