The units do not protect from Varmin! We had to throw away a lot of stuff that rats got into. Early mid month when we vacated and contacted the office, no pro-rated refund after leaving the unit cleaner than when it was rented 3 years ago.
Update:::HUGE HUGE THANK YOU SO MUCH matt for getting on this and getting ahold of me to correct this problem.....i admit i was really ticked off when this first happened but matt went and took care of it immediately!!!!!! My bill is paid was paid last week i come to my paid unit its got red lock on it cant get anyone to answer the phones nor email so guess this is the place to go i want in my unit by 7 tonight there is no reason for my unit to be double locked because its been paid for.....either someone can come remove it or i can doesnt matter to me

Great people and storage space is amazing but of cours they make it where u have Insurance because of Pests around the storages.Great at understanding when were late
Paid my bill in November and it is now December with my bill current and still double locked. Price keeps going up if they change anything to the facility. When I go to pay my bill they have a sign checking unit, multiple date and times. When I try calling to pay a bill noone ever answers. They were the cheapest and had good costumer service when they were the mini storage. New management is not worth it.
