ROBBED TWICE. UPDATE. We were robbed.nnThis place used to be great. Now they have new out of state management. The security cameras are gone now. We have 2 storage units, a boat storage and a regular unit while we are remodeling our house. We have stored our boat there for over 5 years. After the cameras disappeared and the new out of town company took over we had our boat broken into. The stereo and batteries were ripped out. 3 days later we went to check our climate controlled unit and the storage company had locked us out and removed our lock. We called because we have paid our bill on time every month for years and have the email receipt for this month. The customer service lady apologized and said she would have someone out in 3 days to take off their lock. Our bed is in there. We need it tonight. Plus, why did they cut our lock off????? They say they don't open them. Then why cut our lock on a paid unit. The 2 units on either side were locked out too but had their original owner locks. We have no idea if our things are even in there. They said we can cut their lock and we will. Here's hoping my things are there.
We had our storage unit for 4.5 years and never once had an issue. We had a climate control unit and actual signed before the current manager took over a few years back. Both past and present managers were lovely. A new company bought it out over a year ago and raised the prices, but honestly it's still a better price than any storage facility with climate control in the area. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!
I was very impressed with the service at this storage unit facility!!! Annette (Netti) was the sweetest thing in all of Wichita Falls. She got me right into a unit and I was all moved in in less than 30 mins!!!! She made the experience flawless and effortless. Not to mention the rates here are fantastic!! I paid $40 less for a 10x20!!!
Professional, friendly, clean, secure. Annette was very helpful in reserving the requested sizes & location proximity. Highly recommend!
The staff is very friendly and very professional. The units are up to date and fairly priced. I never had any issues with anything and move out was a breeze! I definitely recommend using Security Storage for your storage needs!
