if i could do 0 stars i would. owner left unit open next to mine and my unit was robbed and so was the one on the other side. camera is a dud and just for show. owner simply said there was nothing he could do and he hates to see the unit robbed. it was robbed as a direct result he left a unit door open, which the unit he left open wasnt even being rented to anyone. so why he opened an empty unit and left it i dont know, but i filed a police report and advised him several times to notify the owner of the other robbed unit. he didnt i dont believe so i left them a note and told them what happened. he didnt seem to be concerned with any of it. just kept saying he wasnt responsible. the rent lease dosent state anything other than the payment, and pricing. my childrens beds are tore up..everything is destroyed and he could care less and if he wouldnt have left an empty unit open my things would be fine..if he had a non dud camera we could catch the burglers.. i will be taking legal actions!
