I understand today is Thanksgiving & I had called my order in at 1125 am ,2 turkey dinners to go. The lady said it will be ready by noon. I got there 10 after 12 and paid for it, and it still wasn't ready. Mind you I asked about my order at 1230 and they said it will be out soon. Then I started chatting with other people waiting on orders as well, which they had called in there orders way after I did, and then I realized they were getting there orders before me. So finally at 135 I asked what is taking so long for 2 dinners and the lady said they skipped me and now they are out of sweet potatoes so they asked me what vegetable I wanted. So now I wait for about another 7 minutes and she brings out my order I get home and realize they didn't get the sides right on the plates and no rolls like it says it comes with. I am not happy on the way they have there 2 go order system set up and I will never order from them again and I will make sure to tell family & friends as well!!
Sat down and they took order for drinks and then the waiting started. Someone else gets seated next to us (15 min after us) and gets there food first and we wait. Then some of the food comes out and the two things we asked for didn't happen the piece of ham looked like it was cooking for days burnt hash brown casserole and under cooked bacon. Dropped biscuits on table and didn't bring replacement s then I finally get billed for poor service and horrible food and they couldn't figure out how to bill me so I got to wait another five or ten minutes at the register. I hope it gets better I'll never go again but there's a sucker born every second so they will keep disappointing folks.
It was your typical Cracker Barrel experience. Unique and interesting atmosphere with plenty of things to look at and chat about if you're looking for a reason to put down the phone.nThe food was about what you'd expect from this sort of restaurant. Nothing amazing, but everything was fine. The waitress was amazing, very quick, and very patient with my kids while the figured out what to order.nnOverall, not the sort of place most people consider a favorite, but definitely one of those defaults when you don't know what you want, or just want nicely portioned meals at a decent price.nnOh... and if you've never tried it, pick up some of their spiced apple butter from their shop. That stuff is amazing! That alone is worth at least one visit.
Always a great time eating here. Our server Elizabeth was super attentive and gave us great service! The lattes were great and so was our breakfast! One of the better cracker barrels I have been too.
Ashleigh was our waitress because our waitress didn’t show up. So we were just waiting. She helped some regulars before she helped us and gave them their bread before us even though we were here 10 minutes before they were. I personally do not think that is right. You’re first customer should always have first priority in order to be an efficient waitress. I’m very disappointed considering I always have a good experience here. I would like this to be addressed.
