Great scenery, the prices are amazing. Online you can find the prices for renting a cabin, renting a spot for an rv and so much more. I like to go up there at night with my girlfriend and just look at the stars and listen to the water. It will be a little windy and chilly but not unbearable. My only complaint is there is a good bit of light pollution that cuts away from the mood.
Be sure to stop at the Fort Sill Visitors Center to get a pass since you have to drive through the base to get there.nThe staff and grounds were very nice. We rented kayaks for an hour for $10 each. You can also rent them for the day for $30. Nice place to visit for sure!
This place needs a good cleaning and needs to be cared for more. ):
Good setups. Full 50 amp hookup. Beautiful area with playground for kids and nice access to the lake. We appreciate having this facility.
