Regardless of who types up their Wills with their law firm with typing errors - they know how to get the best end result for Executors wishing to hold onto their mobile home or personal property and land...that they actually bought before hand....no one wants to pay double for the trouble...Attorney Ellzey and his secretary are simply a amazing legal team networking resolving errors so criminals can’t intrude with Dept of Housing...They work great with the Judge and resolve all financial matters saving time and money...

Would give 6 stars if possible. Mr. Elder and his associate Johnathan Ellzey are by far two of the most knowledgeable attorneys I have met. Mr. Elder helped my business with a real estate contract question when we were first starting out, then met with me to discuss how to incorporate a homeowners association. Finally, when our business became nearly bankrupted and we were stuck without a lawyer Mr. Elder and Mr. Ellzey helped immensely as we prepared to appeal to the Texas Supreme Court. Thank you for your time spent helping us.
