I just moved here and I love the friendliness and motivation from both the trainers and members...
The coaches are helpful and knowledgable! Lots of support for scaling workout to stay safe and injury free. The people I work out with are supportive and motivating. The workout community is what makes this place great.
Looks like they have plenty of equipment and tons of room to workout. However false advertising on their website led me to drive 30 minutes each way for nothing. They had advertised open gym time from 7-8pm, but I was informed upon arrival that was inaccurate. The gentleman that informed me of this didn’t really seem to care that their website was wrong, and he came across extremey rude. I believe the correct thing to do would have been come to a compromise and meet in the middle for at least a half hour of gym time.... but it appears customer service doesn’t exist at this gym.nnHopefully they find someone to fix their website and utilize accurate advertising in the future.
Excellent community that keeps you accountable. Worth the investment. Friendly coaches and no judgements are passed. Everyone helps everyone. Try it out. You don't have to be fit to start!
