I've had problems with Pioneer in the past. My wifi was great in town, but wouldn't work out in the country when we moved. They told me I had to upgrade my device which I did and it still didn't work. I brought back the device and they still charged me for nothing. I should've gotten refunded for the device and I couldn't use any wifi. I won't go through Pioneer again for any service, but my family still has phones and cell phones through them so I occasionally go with them. The office ladies here are nice and helpful and today they fixed my brothers cell phone. The office is in a good location and is always clean and there's no public restroom.

I set up auto-pay here in person a year ago and it has yet to process. The service is overpriced. The only reason they're in business is lack of competition.
