Great place to store your things. Good people and secure property. Never had one issue in the few years of being one of their customers. Great hours as well. Hands down, it is the place to go.
I went to try to rent a unit at this facility. The area is very dirty and in poor repair. There are no hours posted, and no phone number on the door. As a matter of fact, it was hard to tell if I had the right place. I didn't get as far as renting a unit, either. Instead of a person, on the other side of the door was a particularly mean dog, barking at me from behind the glass. The lights in the place were off. Not sure who runs this place but it's not worth your time.
I have had my storage unit with West Side Storage for over 3 years... They are always so friendly and keep the place very clean.
