Very impressed! This is definitely a mom and pop enterprise. With all the good and bad things that normally come with that. You can't pick your locker or pay online. They don't even have prices listed on their website... BUT, it's cheap. Super duper cheap. I don't know if they change prices so I don't want to say what I am paying or upload a picture of the pricing sheet but believe me, it's cheap. They do not require you to have insurance on your unit, which is very rare. I have owned storage units around the country and they pretty much always charge $10-12 a month extra for the minimum coverage. As someone who only stores sentimental items that can't be replaced anyway, it always bothered me. They also don't require you to buy one of their locks. You have a choice of setting up your monthly payment with a CC or ACH. And they have a very minimal admin fee to start, and no admin monthly fee. I would have paid double or more for the little unit I need if I only stuck to those places that list their prices on their site. Do yourself a favor, drive over and ask in person. You will be delighted! Be warned though, the units up front are gorgeous and freshly painted whereas the buildings in the back are more run down. The units themselves are clean and aren't anything different than you would get anywhere else.

I used the locker over my freshman year of college because not everything would fit in the dorm. The woman there is incredibly friendly and helpful. I never had any issue with payments and I paid about 8 months worth storage rent. When I went to move out the lady made it very easy to do so and worked with me since I would be out of town by time they opened back up Monday. All I had to do was call to tell them I cleaned out my locker and I would be good to go! They charge on the first of every month but if that’s on a Sunday they wait until the next day. I highly recommend this place!
