I have a motor home and this locksmith is the only one who had all of the required blank keys for my 15 year old coach. Every key worked perfectly the first time. In a previous visit, I purchased a replacement key fob for my Chrysler 300. Very reasonable price and quickly set up for my car. I like the folks at Ed Humes Locksmith. Salt of the earth.

I made an appointment with them and was very careful to say that I wanted an appointment on Thursday, not Wednesday. However, the the lady on the phone said “I have you down for Wednesday at 9:30” and I corrected her to Thursday before ending the call.nnThursday morning I arrive at their unmarked building to find it empty and locked. Call their number and was informed that I “missed” the appointment on Wednesday. They didn’t ever call me to see where I was, despite taking my phone number down when I called the first time.nnFrustrating lack of organization from them that they unfortunately decided to answer with an even more frustrating lack of effort. Worth it to drive somewhere further away if you’re making an appointment.
