If you are looking for a resort, move on. We just needed a spot to rest up, sleep and head out next day. The owner is marvelous, very sweet lady. The rates are reasonable. It was fairly quiet and my dog enjoyed the stop. Had a pull through large enough for us to not unhook.nGetting in and out of the driveway with a 40' mh with tow car was a bit rough, uphill out to the highway. It's mainly a long term locals park on the edge of town. But we're like to talk to locals, and don't care to pay a fortune to sleep in my own bed. It's a nice little stop for weary travelers.

The lady who runs this place was so nice and sweet. She worked with me on the price...since I was on a budget....gas station less than a mile... Restaurants. Within 5 minutes of driving or some a mile away for walking...
