Tamera Divenere used emotional child abuse on my daughters exactly as described in the DSM-5 V995.51. She used Domestic Violence EXACTLY as defined by the US Department of Justice. She is actually a criminal and is being protected by the Sheriff and the Boone PD. Both refused to file child abuse reports. Corruption runs deep.
