Love the Wellness Center! Super friendly staff are always available to help or teach! A great variety of classes and programs to fit all of your healthy lifestyle goals!
I really enjoy being at The Wellness Center, and I appreciate the way all the staff has worked hard to keep the fitness center safe for classes and other workout options! I especially appreciate Gwen Dhing’s dance and Zumba classes as she always exhibits great creativity and positive energy to make her classes fun and exciting! I recently had a hip replacement. The doctor prescribed physical therapy for me. The physical therapist at the wellness center have been very helpful. but the one who really stands out is the one who I've been working with Erin Wonder. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful in my recovery. She does work me but that is very helpful for my endurance I appreciate physical therapist and especially her.
Plenty of space and equipment for multiple activities. Staff take extra precautions for covid.
This is an excellent wellness center that has weathered the unpredictable actions of our Governor. At least I’m not in NY or NJ!
