The ideal gym for the type of person who doesn't care about bells and whistles. Old school gym with all the essentials for powerlifters and bodybuilders alike.

Jimmy and staff are great. I am from out of town and it was so easy to pay a daily rate and keep to my workout. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling into Boone or locals alike
