Best work out time
It's good. Has a decent variety of equipment and instructional courses like yoga. Has a lot of windows in the main room so it's not as bleak as other places.
It can get VERY crowded from 11-7, outside of those hours the students are much less likely to be there. It is great for free weights, and has some machines as well. Racquetball courts are in decent shape, and you can even borrow a racquet or ball if needed. Has a few half-court basketball courts in the back for pick-up games. I would highly recommend it.
Great workout facility for students faculty and staff .
Love coming here to hit the punching bag. Great place to work out and the staff is always friendly!
