The Pharmacy is Extremely Rude! They laugh and basically push you to take neds other places. Store Staff friendly. I must say after having issues with Pharmacy Tech and the Store Manager came to speak with them and only to laugh with them. He was VERY UNCLEAN dirty looking. I even asked if it was policy to be groomed and shirts tucked in? His response was nope. Thankfully I learned from another situation there you must have ypur phone on record to catch what they say and do. I believe today was enough the news is going to speak with me in front of store:) Good luck on your new jobs Pharmacy Crew:)

Ever since my doctor is calling in my Scripts it has not been ready the day it needs to be refilled. For the last couple months I have to drive there and they fill it why I wait. Usually not a problem but when I arrive on the 4th and the Tech wants to argue that it cannot be filled until the 3rd. On the 4th month I decided to call the Pharmacy to ensure that my medication would be filled today and the 1st phone call I was on hold for 56 minutes and had to go back to work. 2nd phone call 20 minutes later I was on hold for 38 minutes then got disconnected and my 3rd call I was on hold for almost an hour and still NO human answered. So, AGAIN I get to drive there and wait another 45 minutes for them to refill my script. I have had this location for almost 25 years, I believe they are SO sort staffed recently and it takes a toll on a person.

We had to go here for the 24 hour pharmacy to get antibiotics for myself and my toddler. The employees we spoke to, including the pharmacist, were very nice. We dropped our prescriptions off and they were ready approximately 30 min later. We appreciated the short time it took because my toddler was not feeling well and already very tired at 8pm.

Cashiers are rude! I never have any issues at the Walgreens in new Albany ever ...I am a couponer who likes to do her shopping at the stores who give out rewards for items on sale but as soon as you get to the register in this store they see a coupon they start immediately being very rude. I also was just advised tonight that they will no longer allow you to do more than one transaction. I had a 5 off coupon for 20 or more spent and was told I couldn't use the 5 off coupon because I used some of my points to help pay for my $118.00 transaction. I am done with this Walgreens because everytime I go I get nothing but rudeness and all the rules change over night somehow.
