I very much like to work with companies that are willing to work with their customer on a personal level, & when I find a company like that, I don’t let them go! We’ve used Socaz twice now for indoor paint projects & as far as I can tell, they’ve only gotten better. EVERYONE that I have dealt with personally has been outstandingly friendly, courteous, & professional. The quality of the work they carry out is top notch & when we found ourselves in an emergency drywall situation they worked hard to try to make sure we got it taken care of in a very short time span. When Socaz found that they were a bit short handed on the day they were set to begin our project (as can occur with any vendor), again they went above & beyond to make sure our schedule was honored. The people I’ve encountered seem to be incredibly hardworking, genuine, & honest. They seem to understand how stressful (and at times, foreboding) home projects can be & I think they really try to go out of their way to ensure that they are worth every cent you spend. Amazing company! They did major stress crack repair in my home (27 year old house) it needed some attention, drywall repair and interior paint. Came out to quote, took photos, emailed quote right over. Showed up on time, worked diligently and worked well with each other. Very pleasant group of guys. Will definitely be using them again.

Socaz Painting is a exceptional painting company professional , quality painting, clean up and timely completion of jobs. I have used them on several projects and I keep coming back for quality service.

They did two projects... The first project - kitchen cabinets were a major concern. They provided a consultant regarding selection of a paint color-- that was a big plus for me. The painters were very professional, well-organized and did two coats on cabinets that were about 20 years of age. The results were amazing. I noted a few areas that needed an additional touch-up.. and they returned the following week to take care of the items. I give them an A+ for their work.nThe second project involved a replacement of a skylight[ I had another person replace the skylight, but there was a stained ceiling from the prior leaking of the skylight. They not only painted the ceiling...but handled some unexpected problems of water damage from the skylight area that impacted the surface. Again, they did it in an amazing short length of time and did an outstanding job! I would have them back again for future projects.nHaving had other painters, they were the best of the many house painting groups I have had.

I am beyond impressed with this company especially the way that Chris followed up on the proposal they sent. He sent a very timely proposal with pics of my numerous outdoor and indoor projects before he pulled off from my driveway! He responded to questions/concerns daily even after hours. He even armed me with questions for his competitors related to rust/sanding/insurance/coats of paint/materials, etc. I definitely think they have knowledgeable staff and are competitively priced.
