Eastern Paint Contractors

My HOA hired Eastern Paint Contractors to repaint all of the doors in the neighborhood. I wasn't able to be home at the time when they were painting my street, so my door was partially done, but there were big spots left they would need to come touch up when I was home (understandable).nnWhere my major frustration came in was working to reschedule. Twice, I was told someone would 100% be at my home to finish painting, and I waited over 4-5 hours each time, and no one showed up, and no one called to let me know they wouldn't come. I had my parents come in from out of town to be here, and they sat here all afternoon / evening, and I wasted the better part of a Saturday waiting around. Today, the team was finally able to complete the job, however they still showed up nearly an hour late.nnThey did a fine job once they were here, however I found the process of working with them quite frustrating and for them to be quite unreliable.
