I want to thank the staff at O'Malley Tunstall for their tremendous assistance in walking me through the mountains of paperwork for Social Security /Disability. I had contacted no less than 3 different practices asking for assistance. These other practices are ALL advertised on TV. I would call, go through their “practice’s screening system”, but no one ever contacted me. Boy, what a difference with O'Malley Tunstall! Their office called back IMMEDIATELY! They began the process, told me what to expect, but Best of all they assigned my case to a fabulous paralegal, Terri! She was prompt, efficient, but so, so encouraging! Dealing with this level of documentation demands proficiency and professionalism. Thank you, Mrs O'Malley, for your knowledge of the system, understanding of the legal hoops and patience with clients who are overwhelmed by it all. I I give you a thousand thank you from G Morrison.

My attorney was Joseph O'Malley who decided to stop representing me a whole year and a half into my case. I only asked that they pay my medical bills and agreed to his 40% take! But then without any notice he sent letters to all my provider's and the litigant and advised them he was not representing me. The office nor Susan Zimmerman did not return my calls to try and verify what was going on. Finally a week later I get a certified packet stating he didn't think he could win so a year and a half into my lawsuit he dropped me just as time was about to run out on my case.nnTo make it even more unprofessional. The letters his office sent out to my providers were incorrect. The letters referenced an automobile collision my case was an accidental fall. #theworstnn*Update* 11/1/2020 I stand 100% behind this review! I have proof they are not trustworthy, professional nor want to do the work to help you win your case!

I love the safe feeling I get with Mrs. Susan & Mr. Tunstall. I call them my family lawyer! I've been a long time client for several incidents and they always put me first. Mrs. Susan takes the time every step of the way to make sure you understand every process, she doesn't treat you like a bottom line number. Mr. Tunstall will ALWAYS think about your future hes not concerned with a QUICK payoff!!!!!
